The Painted Teapot on Rokeby Road, Subiaco is a beautiful Ceramic Painting Studio where you can while away an hour or two painting an item from our wide range of blank pottery pieces. Perfect for a solo trip, a visit with friends, or even with grandchildren. Why not make a day of it in Subiaco and pop on the free Subi Tram to King’s Park or see the Museum too?
We hold regular Adult Only Evenings (with BYO) and little ones love our regular Teapot Tales Story & Paint sessions – see our website’s Events Page for information.
All painting experience and ability is welcome – the key is to relax and enjoy yourself! We are always on hand to offer help and inspiration if needed.

Walk-ins welcome. Booking recommended for larger groups, weekends and school holidays to avoid disappointment. For those wanting a quieter painting experience, midweek afternoons between 12 and 3 tend to have fewer young children. If you are keen to avoid painting during a noisy session, please mention this when you book and we can recommend some suitable times.
Sessions last up to two hours.
We clear glaze and fire your painted pieces in our kiln, and your finished items are ready 7 days later.
We also stock some local WA-made gifts and greetings cards.
