When: Tuesday and Thursday, 8.30am to 9.30am Come along and join in a fun interactive walking group which utilises the use of poles to provide a low impact cardio exercise while enjoying the company of likeminded people. Pole walking is an enjoyable method of walking using specially designed poles that exercise both the upper and lower body.
